We offer a number of events:
Sprint (Long) Course: 500m Swim/20km Ride/5km Run
Super Sprint (Short) Course: 250m Swim/12km Ride/2.5km Run
Enticer Course: 150m Swim/6km Ride/1.5km Run
Junior (10-13): 150m Swim/4km Ride/1km Run
Sub Junior: (7-9) 100m Swim/2km Ride/500m Run
Splash and Dash: (under 7) 20m Swim/70 m Run
No prior experience necessary. Do it solo or bring a friend or two and do it as a team.
